Rochelle Clarke is the Founder and CEO of Succession Strength, a company that helps family businesses assess their succession readiness and prepare for successful business transitions. Her areas of expertise include business strategy, communication, conflict management, business continuity and succession. Rochelle graduated from The Wharton School of Business where she received her MBA in Strategic Management and participated in an exchange program at INSEAD.
